Formatting Helps

Photos are a plus, upload them first.
The Title is the name of the recipe.
Bold any subsections (i.e. sauce, dry ingredients, etc.).
Use default font sizes, etc.
Each step should be a new paragraph; don't use the bullets or numbers.
Avoid abbreviations, such as tsp. or oz. Just type the word out.

Green Chile Chowder

1- 10 ounce package frozen corn (thawed and drained)
1 minced garlic clove
1 tablespoon butter

Melt butter in a pan, add the garlic and brown a little, then add corn until warm.
Then add:

2 - 7 ounce cans of green chile
3/4 cup chicken stock
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 pound cooked cubed chicken

Bring to a simmer for 10 minutes and serve warm with chopped cilantro and crushed tortilla chips. Makes 4-6 servings

This looks really simple, but very good. You haven't made this recently, have you? It's too hot!

Yeah, it's super simple, but I really like it! I made it about a month ago during one of Utah's random cold summer spells, but definitely not a great summer food :)
